Thank you for your interest in working with me as a life coaching client. In my practice, I specialize in Christian ministry, which includes inner healing prayer and strategic coaching founded in biblical principles. The following information is intended to assist you in making an informed decision about working with me as a client. Let me know if you need any clarification on the information below.

Life Coaching Approach
Tandy provides Christian life coaching, partnering with God and each client, so they can more fully and authentically live in their God-given original design, uniquely bearing His image. And so that each client can more fully come into their place in God’s kingdom. Tandy operates in the gifts of the Spirit, such as: discernment, words of knowledge, and other prophetic gifting as the Holy Spirit directs. Each session is unique and driven by what the Holy Spirit would like to accomplish in the individual’s life at that time. Tandy will prayerfully consider whether a client is a good fit for the services she offers. In the same way, the client is free to determine if Tandy is the best fit for their personal needs.
The client understands and agrees that Tandy is providing Christian life coaching services and she will prayerfully follow the discernment and wisdom God gives to her. This gifting and anointing ultimately comes from God. The client further understands and acknowledges that God’s mystery and revelation is not always understood or correctly discerned by Tandy, that there is no guarantee of such accuracy by Tandy. The potential for error in such wisdom and discernment is always present. Both the client and Tandy Cowles agree that Christian life coaching is not counseling or therapy which requires providing a diagnosis and following a treatment plan.
Personal Freedom and Choice
It is Tandy’s recommendation that anything received in session should always be prayerfully weighed and confirmed independently by the client before acting on it. The client further understands and agrees that by following or adopting any part of the life coaching, including but not limited to any prophetic words or advice provided by Tandy, their decisions are based solely on faith to trust and obey God with respect to any such choice. The client shall not seek to hold Tandy liable in any way for any financial, emotional, health, or other loss that may be experienced in connection with any of the life coaching.
The client further understands that maintaining freedom involves ongoing daily choices and commitment to walk in alignment with God’s best. If they walk back into previous destructive behaviors which result in the bondages returning and even intensifying, it is the sole responsibility of the client; and Tandy will not be held liable in any fashion.
Confidentiality and Client Rights
The information you disclose during your session is legally confidential except as required by law. Exceptions to confidentiality include “threat of serious harm to self or others,” as in the case of child abuse, suicide, grave disability, child pornography, or threat of national disaster. Sexual contact between the ministry client and Tandy is not a recognized form of life coaching and is illegal in Colorado.
Rates
Sessions are typically 90 minutes in length. Each session will be billed at the rate of $125/hour. Tandy does not have a contractual agreement with your insurance company. In requesting her life coaching services, you agree to accept legal and financial responsibility for the cost of those services. Your right to confidentiality may be waived in the case of non-payment for services. Your name may be given to a collection agency.
Cancellations and Phone Consultations
Please be on time for all appointments. If you need to make a change in the schedule, please notify Tandy 24 hours in advance. Without a 24 hour notice, ministry clients will be charged for the missed appointment. Telephone sessions and consultations will be billed, prorated, at the above rate.

By signing below I provide my consent and release Tandy to seek consultation with other trusted life coaching professionals as the need arises.
